A better alternative to traditional dental insurance
Dr Nadia and Dr Weber care about your oral health, and want to make it as easy as possible to help you keep your health at your best. This is why we are offering a Dental Care Discount Plan. It is aimed at uninsured individuals and small businesses that may not have traditionally had access to dental benefits.
This plan will enable you and your family to obtain needed dental services at our office at a reasonable cost without the headaches of insurance paperwork and plan limitations.
How it works:
There is an annual fee of $325 for the first person in a family and $285 for each additional person, such as your spouse or children under the age of 21. A month before your plan expires we will contact you to renew the plan.
What is included?
The plan includes the following services at no additional cost to you:
- Comprehensive exam twice a year
- Regular dental cleanings twice a year
- Necessary x-rays annually
- 1 Focused emergency exam with any needed x-rays, (if needed.)
- Children 14 and under 1 topical application of Fluoride
In addition to the above listed services, all other services will be offered to you at a 15% discount off of our regular fees (must pay treatment balance at time of service to receive discount). Unlike traditional dental insurance, there are no excluded services, waiting periods or deductibles.
