Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. It is important to us that you can make the most informative decision regarding your treatment. Before proceeding with any treatment all fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you and all your questions will be answered. Dental treatment is an important decision so we take the time to ensure that you understand exactly what is being done, the benefits, and the risks.

We Bill Your Benefit Provider

We are In-Network with Delta Dental Premier, Health Partners, and MetLife Premium!

We accept assignments for all insurance plans. For your convenience, we will bill your dental benefits provider directly and wait for insurance reimbursement. You will be asked to pay your estimated coinsurance rate and any other fee not covered by your particular insurance company at the time services are rendered.

Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee it.

We deal with hundreds of different dental benefits. Each company may offer many different dental and medical plans. Your company can change benefits, co-pays and deductibles many times throughout the year. We do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information available to us. At times, it is almost impossible to accurately estimate our patients’ co-payment. Many benefit providers will not disclose their reimbursement fees until after the treatment is completed.

As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your dental benefits. It is important that all information about you and your benefits is current. Our assistance with dental benefit matters doesn’t stop there! We will help you with any request your benefit provider might have – if they need things such as treatment explanatory notes, X-rays, and exam results, we will send them on your behalf at no extra charge.

  • We offer a 5% courtesy adjustment to patients who pay for their treatment with cash, check or credit card at the time of treatment. (Does not include Care Credit)
  • Convenient Monthly Payment Options from CareCredit Healthcare Credit Card (subject to credit approval)
